Thank you for shopping at Shapes Design.
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review the following policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Shapes Design
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Shapes Design, accessible from https://www.shapes-design.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Package damaged and/or not intact
Upon receipt of the Goods, if the package is visibly damaged, do not collect it and give it back to the courier. If the package is damaged to such an extent that it has also caused damage to the internal content, it will be advisable to reject the Goods, asking for the words “refused goods due to damaged package” to be affixed to the transport document.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. Carry on reading for knowing all the details to obtain an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization).
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days from submitting an RMA
- The Goods are in the original packaging, intact and in perfect conditions including all its parts and packaging shipped by the Company
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which, after delivery, have been assembled and cannot be returned to their original shipping condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Good that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.
To return an item follow the steps below:
1) send an email to customer service at email@example.com entering the order number, the name of the product or products you wish to return, the total purchase price and the price of the individual or individual products that you want to return, the reason why you intend to return the item or items.
2) within 3 working days you will receive a reply to the email with:
– the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
– the return form: an A4 page in PDF format to be printed and placed inside the package
– the address to send the parcel to
3) place the return form provided and the item safely in its original packaging, and send the return to the address communicated via email.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
4) Upon receipt of the goods, once the integrity of the returned item/items has been verified, including the packaging, labels, any seals and return form, within and no later than 14 days, the Seller will refund the cost of the Goods shipped. The costs incurred for the return of the Goods are excluded from the refund. For purchases made, the refund will be made with the same payment methods chosen by the Customer. The risks of transport for the return of the Goods are fully borne by the Customer, as are the costs necessary for the return of the Products.
Finally, according to the above rules, it must be noticed that the Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Products resulting from handling the Goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Customer acknowledges and undertakes to follow steps 1, 2 and 3 and expressly accepts the conditions for returns.
If the Goods have been marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver had the Order sent to you at a later date, we will send the refund to the giver.
